About Student Government:

The Student Government is the governing body for the students of Central Kings. The purpose of this organization is to provide a means by which students may express themselves and thus provide for the betterment of school activities. Also, to provide a means by which worthy student projects, talents and social activities may be organized, carried out and receive recognition.

The Executive of the Student Government consists of the above members and the General Student Government consists of one representative from each homeroom class. Each class representative is elected by their respective homeroom. Executive members are elected in a general school election with senior executive members being elected in May of each year and junior executive members being elected in September of each year.

The Executive of the Student Government meets every Wednesday at noon, while the full Student Government meets once every few months or when the need arises. The Student Government is responsible and/or involved with such items as athletics and extra-curricular programs, dances, school fund raisers, student activities, school improvement, student concerns and the overseeing of all financial matters regarding student activities.

If you have any questions or concerns about the Central Kings Student Government, please E-mail one of the above listed persons or contact the school principal.
